The TRUE HISTORY of the Gate RFID System:
As you can see by the attached documents not only were the residents involved, a lot of time and effort went into the Research, Selection and Implementation of this system by all involved. Note February 13, 2020 Board Meeting, it was reported the system was working well.

Our 2021 and 2022 Boards Have worked tirelessly addressing complaints and fine tuning the system. I understand until recently it has been working pretty well. Now that most of the people familiar with the system are traveling we are having issues. We just returned a couple of weeks ago and now all three of my vehicles have had and occasional problem. I agree the inconvenience is a problem, but take a breath they are working on it.

I think most of you will agree, we’ve worked hard to elect The Two Best “MOSN II Boards” since 2013.
