Please see attached for the MOSN Chapter FMCA Membership Application. You must be a member of the National Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) to become a member of the MOSN Chapter as well as being a resident of MOSN. Yearly membership dues are $10.00 per Calendar Year per Household.
